At some point, it occurred to me that there are all these situations in life where, if I could walk into the room *knowing* I already carry a 

YES

in my pocket... I could allow that knowledge to have a very real effect on my heart and mind, which, in turn, would affect my experience of those situations. And likely their outcomes.

So I started making "pocket yesses."

Carrying one is almost as fun as giving them away. :)
